Wellbeing Picnic - Tuesday 19th May
Just a reminder, that Tuesday 19th May we are inviting parents in for a picnic with their children, as below.
Please bring a picnic for you and your child.
We would ask that, if parents can, they bring a small donation, this will be collected and counted, the children will then discuss which charity to donate this to, this is to encourage a sense of community and the children's understanding of helping people.
To support children’s understanding of mental health and wellbeing, we would like to invite families to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week with us.
The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘community’ and we would like to celebrate our Nursery School community by inviting families to a picnic on Tuesday 19th May between 11.45 -12.45pm
*If your child doesn't attend nursery on a Friday, then you are welcome to attend the picnic between 11:45-12:45pm with your child.
*If your child attends nursery in the morning you are welcome to come at 11:45 and stay for the the picnic past 12, otherwise your child must be collected at 12 as usual.
*If your child attends nursery in the afternoon, you are welcome to join us early at 11:45 for the picnic but you must stay with your child until 12:45
* if your child attends nursery all day, please join us for the picnic over lunch.
We invite all children and adults to wear something green to share in this day together.
Please bring a blanket to sit on and a packed lunch for you and your child. We look forward to seeing you there and celebrating this theme of community together.
